Every Client is Unique and Constantly Evolving

My Clients are evolving from the first moment that they show up, and I evolve with them. As a result I don’t have a one-fits-all approach or a set program that I take people through, but rather, use the skills that the Client brings as well as the unexpected gifts and stretches that life provides.

Still, there are a couple of things that I focus on because I have found them useful in my practice and in my life:

• Exploring the here-and-now experience of the Client.

• Help Client understand how to resource themselves.

• Helping the Client access and harness the message of their emotions and channel their emotions productively.

• Help the Client understand, accept, and appreciate all that there is to them.

• Reintegrate parts that they have disowned.

Because everyone is unique, I focus on helping the Client figure out what works for them.

I currently only offer online one-to-one coaching sessions.
